The team has done this all year . We score a goal and then let the opposition score 1 right back inn less than a minute. What a momentum killer.

I'm a Bruins fan, and have been since I was a kid. I love the atmosphere in Toronto, That was a very entertaining game, one of the most intense games I've seen. It was such a a good game. Nerve-wracking on my end.

Bruins fan here. These games have been nail biters.....there was no moment in this game that i thought the leafs werent in it and was nervous until the empty netter. Man, was it entertaining. Both teams playing hard, honestly this leafs team is no slouch and have shown they are dangerous. Obviously happy the B's won, but the series is FAR from over and even if the leafs dont win it, i would be happy as a fan, they are clearly playing well and deserve credit.

I like Rielly & he has consistently shown up in the post-season, but I can't understand his inability to get shots from up top, to the net while on the PP or on O-zone possessions. It's truly puzzling as other D quarterbacking on the PP seem to have little difficulty getting shots through playing on other teams. Like Boston for example.

The biggest concern this team had was a pathetic penalty kill. Instead of working on it they all focussed on getting Matthews to 70. Boston continues it"s dominance on the powerplay against a Leaf team that collapses on the blue line. Marner in the post game forgot to say I need to better. The same thing he says on every locker clean up day. Practise that speech Mitch.

I came across this Whiner's Convention the day after the game. "Marchand gets all the calls'?? Is that a joke? "Bertuzzi is just a choir boy and mean old Marchand came and took his lunch money." Is that really your excuse for losing the game? Be a man. Bertuzzi can handle himself just fine; I noticed he wasn't whining in his interview.

Good game. Should never pull out goalie at the end and it is a pity that Tavares got put in the penalty box. He is good at getting those last minute goals and that call on him is not fair since the Bruins have been purposely confiscating your sticks in different ways so you can't function. At the end of the day you gotta get creative and find a way to problem solve. Go Leafs Go, 💪 you can do it. Stay 💪.

We cannot win this series with the goaltending we’re getting The first goal Sammy let in was terrible. You can’t let in bad goals in tight games. Especially when you have a guy like Swayman in the other end.

The power play needs to mix it up and get hungry to punish. Not having Nylander is not an excuse, just ask the Lightning when they lost Stamkos a few years back for a while and still won the Cup. Sammy held it to a respectable score for most of the game, not his fault. Bertuzzi needs to stop taking the stupid penalty. Got away with one in game 2 when it was effectively killed. Tonight it cost a goal. Yeah he got it back but only off a skate. If you want to win any team in the playoffs you have to bulldoze them out of the way, wear them down, and possess the puck. Too many sloppy giveaways. This is ice hockey, not the Harlem Globetrotters. Pressing the pass when the lane isn't there is useless. Hold the puck, skate it in, take a hit, spin and make a decent pass. Anyone wanting to understand what it takes to win the Championship in hockey only need to watch The Last Dance with Michael Jordan. Different sport, yes, but the attitude is there. Lost three straight to the Pistons and immediately went to the trainers and said it's time to bulk up and start dishing out punishment, not taking it. End result, titles. Not seeing this determination routinely and fingers being pointed elsewhere but within. March isn't doing anything new or shocking there and whether he gets away with it or not doesn't account for the lack of goals scored for. Best output was 3 goals in game two. Not good enough.
