One thing you didn't mention about KyoAni is that they paid their staff by salary not on commission. Also I heard someone mentioned that in Kobayashi's Maid Dragon S1 (or is it Violet Evergarden?) they already finished animating the whole series 1 month or so, before Episode 1 starts airing.

Yeah, KyoAni is just an exception in this Anime Industry at the end and I agree that I hope that we see several studio following the same suit KyoAni does. It might just me but I would love to see MAPPA gaining a redemption arc even if it's highly unlikely because in the end, they are business.

mappa getting all those hype mangas just for the money is so inhumane and ppl really supported them for that and never asked how the employees/animator’s are doing if they are doing fine or not😥

The saddest part is that no matter how amazing a show is, like Wonder Egg Priority, the people working on it put their heart, soul and health into the production, which should never be the case.

The company is more than just anime production. They also put focus on community development. See how much contribution they have provided to the local community since their establishment. From tourisms to talent cultivations, the role they have played in making the world a better place can't be understated.

this is why I love kyoani and why kyoani is my favorite anime studio of all time , that really know how to create a wonderful workspace and deliver absolutely amazing animes too , I just absolutely love everything about kyoani , kyoani is for me is definitely the greatest anime studio of all time

i know kyoani adapting slice of life story but i really hope KyoAni adapt another project like Kyoukai no Kanata an action anime , the way they animate KnK action scenes is just so good and perfect .

To be fair almost all studios should learn from Kyoani but obviously everyone would have their own way/style of doing things.

KyoAni is why I animate. Even though I haven't since December of 2019 until last week, what they're able to do is what every other studio should do. If I had my own studio, I'd make sure that each of my employees would get at least a living wage at minimum which would be adjusted as often as necessary regardless of the quality or quantity of their work.

I left the world of animation. Here in Italy, working in the art sector means getting killed inside and out, they demand your soul and don't even pay you! We are forced to do the work of 80 people, and not in weeks or days, and not even hours ... in MINUTES!
