I'd like to hear more about the Technical aspects of the parks such as costs, market, if lots are often sold with RVs, how many have cassittas (what is inside ... small and large ... room for guests?) vs ... empty or just grass etc.

So I've heard you say that Polson Motorcoach Resort is equal to or better than Motorcoach Resort Indio. Would you please elaborate on that subject. I have only seen the available videos and I don't see the comparison? Thank You

I didn't realise that they were owned. I thought it was just like a motorcoach holiday resort that you could stay at for a short while. So it's like a lot rental or lot purchase then?

As I understand it, it's just like buying a house. Many of the owners do rent out their spaces when they are gone, though.

Do you have to be a millionaire to live in these places? If I had it like that monetarily, I would strongly consider moving there.

Considering most RV Resorts have an age limit of 10 or 15 years on your RV, I'd say yes you would have to be a millionaire to live there? If your RV is older than the age requirement, even if you own your lot, you have to purchase a new RV or your not allowed to live on site.
