Nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina, Mountain Falls Luxury Motorcoach Resort is located in Lake Toxaway, NC. It's 45 minutes SW of Asheville, 3 hours west of Charlotte, and 3 hours NE of Atlanta. The park is just spectacular... the staff does a great job keep everything updated and manicured nicely.
The park is 144 lots in the lower section where owners can build a little pavilion to enjoy their outdoor space. The upper section--The Ridge--has another 86 lots where owners are actually allowed to build little cabins. You do need to have a Class A motorcoach to either own or rent at this park.
There are some great amenities available to both renters and owners at Mountain Falls. There's a beautiful clubhouse that looks like a country club! There's pickleball courts, a fitness center, two pools, two hot tubs, a 9-hole golf course, bocce ball, a new dog park, laundry facilities, a great open patio and countless sitting areas to gather with friends and neighbors.
