The scene where he flips from Marc to Steven instantly in order to find Ammit's tomb just showcases what an incredible actor he is! He's really bringing this character alive and I'm all in for it!

I agree! As a theater kid him being able to switch from Marc to Steven on a dime is very VERY impressive, Some actors work for YEARS to be able to do that, Not just do it but do it very well He is a very very very good actor😱

Even the word "masterpiece" isn't enough for this Marvel series. The third episode was really great and I rate 100/10 its just 🤯 The acting, the music, the props and everything! Its the best Marvel Series ever!

I'm gonna be devastated when this series ends. There's so much to tell, they have to make more seasons and movies. I'd be really interested in seeing how Marc and Layla met and their adventures together in Egypt.

After today’s episode I think that they are hinting at jake because in the beginning when Marc keeps passing out and losing control Steven said that he didn’t beat up those people and it was different from khonshu controlling him because he kept his consciousness while khonshu spoke through him to the other gods/avatars

One more thing give evidence that It was jake in ep 1 because the way marc lost his control is the same as Steven blanks out in ep 1 And Steven and marc must have each other's permission for taking control of body but jake don't need permission, he just comes and go on his own. And Also the watchman of museum calls Steven as Scotty. Maybe jake is Scotty who set the steak date in ep 1.

I think we are definitely going to see Marc's third identity Jake Lockley(maybe some other name for MCU) next week. And I guess he's probably a serial killer(though a taxi driver in the comics)

*I just love how this show just launched us straight into the story right in the first episode. Like, we didn't really need that cliche type of slow build up origin story where the hero just starts out as some unsuspecting bystander that obtains these powers, and then becomes a hero by the end of the series. But this show, it's just launched us straight into it. It's as if this were the third Season of the show, not the first, and I just really like that feeling!!*
