Isaiah shares a prophetic statement about a group of very undesirable, sickly and loathsome women all begging to be married to one man in Isaiah 4:1. As we study why this was happening and why these women wanted this so badly, we see a picture of ourselves, Jesus Christ and the benefits that He wants to bestow upon us as His bride.

“In that day the Branch of יהוה shall be splendid and esteemed. And the fruit of the earth shall be excellent and comely for the escaped ones of Yisra’ĕl.” ‭‭Yeshayah (Isaiah)‬ ‭4:2‬ ‭TS2009‬‬ It’s so much easier to let the Word speak for itself and not make up and fumble over an explanation when it tells you exactly what will happen. Many choose to ignore verse 2 and love to separate verse 1 because it doesn’t fit their ideology.
