I’ve been using Nutrafol for just over a year and swear by it. (I’m 80, ladies). I started taking the same formula as you are taking just over a year ago. Patience is the key and is worth it. After about 3 months I noticed my hair was growing faster. At the 6 month mark I noticed lots of little baby hairs coming in in areas where my hair had been thinning. At the 12 month mark, all those little hairs were long enough to blend in with the rest of my hair so my overall look is of thicker, healthier hair. Also, in general, I feel better; more balanced. It’s a shame that it is such an expensive product because it works and is safe to take long term.

For the past 7 months, I have been meticulous with my morning and night time rituals in applying my skin care products. I have seen good results so far. My skin has brightened and is softer to the touch. I've even noticed that my neck is finally starting to look less wrinkly. The one extra thing I do - every day - is listen to recordings of soft rain while I meditate for 1 hour. It takes stress away and calms your mind. Have a great day! 🩷

I got on the powder nails every 5-6 weeks for two years. I started using "green"" polishes and nail concealers along with good nail oil almost every night. I agree with you - it's freeing, much more natural. So what if I have to repolish every 7-10 days! I love it!

hello ! thank you for sharing. on my side after a little stress + period at work I’ve been trying to add 3 « cardiac coherence » breathing sessions per day ❤ easy, sounds weird but it only takes 5 min, breathing quietly and counting till 5 on the inhale, 5 on the exhale…it’s a yoga technique, magic 🧘‍♀️

Evian….great taste…..love it Nails….you’ll be blown away by Dazzle Dry…..healthy, lasts incredibly long, stays shiny, take off with regular polish remover…..now, I do my own manis….bonus…it dries in 5 minutes …..I know, it’s all hard to believe Enjoy all your videos and very helpful advice! ❤

I’ve been drinking Evian forever, but I can only afford 6-12 bottles per month, unfortunately, maybe an occasional one from a convenience store. But I save the bottles and fill them with good spring water, so the bottles are useful too. When I buy new ones, the old bottles go in the recycling bin. There’s something about drinking good quality water, and Evian is my favorite. It also makes me drink more water!

I'm someone who has been obsessed with my nails for 55 years. For over a year now I've been using Olive and June nail polish. If you're concerned with chemicals, but still want amazing colors and durability, it's worth a try. I tossed everything else and will not be going back.

I also had dry eye and it was a problem since I wear contacts and refuse to go to glasses only. Just found out that dry eye is a symptom of peri/post menopause. Wish I would have known that years ago. Thanks for the recommendation of the eye wash, I'm going to try it.

I love LMNT! There is nothing like it after a HOT 4 mile SWFL walk. They just sent me cans. I pour over ice with a bottle of water. All the carbonated flavors are great. Love those Chomps too.

I call it LMNT as well. I do intermittent fasting and drink it all the time. I eat jerky and chomps as well. I eat it anytime I need more protein. I have also invested in workout outfits and it makes an incredible difference in how I work out.

Loved your suggestions! Holistic health is fantastic..will attempt to find the electrolyte additive. FYI-huge movement re:removing plastics in our daily intake. I do drink bottled water but also have a glass water bottle from Mason Tops. This info coming from EPA, etc. Good to be aware. Have a great day!

Fabulous finds Nikol! 😊 Will look into some of these, as I get back on track with my fitness and wellness too. Sometimes I make a chocolate shake with my clean vanilla protein powder, frozen avocado chunks, chocolate milk of choice, and a small banana post workout, or substitute for high calorie snack. Maybe your chocolate electrolyte packet would work in that? I’m enjoying Bono’s (U2) book, “Surrender”. Just joined my first book club; reading “Untangle Your Emotions” by Jennie Allen.

I love doing my own manicures. Two of my favorite products are jojoba oil (massaging into my cuticles) and nail polishes from ILNP (I Love Nail Polish) and CND Vinylux. I can get my manicures to last up to 11 days.

Good morning, Nikol! It helps my wellness to listen to beautiful music. I’ve been enjoying the songs on KZfaq by a father and daughter singing Moon River, The Prayer, etc. it is truly heavenly harmony together! Hi Nikol... Thanks so much for the video!! I've watched your hair to see if the Nutrafol was working. So glad you came on with this product. I was thinking of ordering, but you're the only one i know who used it. So, i will try it now for sure. I've seen the growth on your hairline. Also, i got so many compliments at the dentist's today. They said my makeup was at pretty. I used Cabana and dark chocolate liner, which i love... So smooth and creamy and workable with the smudge brush. I have ultra dry eyes. No more glands left on the under eyelid, so it's bad. I highly recommend talking to your eye Dr about Tyrvaya. It's a spray up the sides of your nose and the drops activate the medicine to help your eyes produce their own tears. Very helpful! Have a fabulous weekend and thank you for the content!!

So happy you found and like LMNT, I too am a fan. I found this electrolyte drink mix thru Autumn Bates a nutritionist I follow on YT. I started intermittent fasting thru her and she teaches how important drinking water with some salt while doing IF. Citrus salt is my favorite and at 71 and living in Florida staying hydrated is a must.

❤love your content. I do a lot of what you do. One thing I have incorporated in the last few months that has made the biggest difference in my skin is slathering castor oil on my face every night. I think you would love it! It really corrected hyperpigmentation and just over all skin conditions. Also, I am a bottled water distributor and would recommend you try Mountain Valley bottled water in glass or aluminum cans. That is really the best water because it is in glass and has a really good mineral content. 😘❤

You HAVE to get Dr Greger's latest book, How Not to Age! I'm only on chapter 2, but this book is wonderful. I'm going to have to look into the cuticle vitamin because my nails are awful. I'm also interested in the eye wash. I, too, have severe dry eye(I've spent thousands of dollars on treatment) and I want anything that helps.

I've suffered from one dry eye for over a year. ( yes, just one of my eyes, very strange) anyway, I'm using castor oil and eye masks that heat up for about 30 minutes. I sleep in the eye mask. Both are making a very big difference in my one dry eye. Corena Care is the brand of eye mask that I use.

@@sandraallison13 I am getting the heated eye mask. Should be here in a couple of days. That has been one thing I haven't done. I had to use oxervate to rebuild corneal nerves. $40,000 per treatment and I've done two. I've also done IPL. It's a serious battle, for sure.

I take Amla powder it is a berry from India. It was for my blood sugar but it actually helps with my swelling and joints. It takes about 3 weeks to notice. I had extreme adema and now I don't. If I am off it I can tell. I have been taking it for two years now.

@@ynwoodard You can add it to yogurt oatmeal, etc but it is tart and I don't like it. I mix it in a 1/4 cup of room temperature water after breakfast. On the instructions it says 1/2 tsp once or twice a day. For me I do 1 tsp in the morning.

Thanks, for sharing about your hair thinning at the temples, sorry your experiencing it. Me too, so bad I'm now wearing a wig. Dr's messed up my thyroid meds, got hair loss, meds reduced now waiting to see if it grows back. My hairdresser had to thin it considerably as it looked daft as if I need extra attention! 😢

I make my own LMNT. The recipe is on the package. It is great and cheap to make. Also, no extra ingredients added, only Himalayan salt, potassium and magnesium.
