My dad was a Horticulturalist and because he managed, and gardened, in his career, many London public parks, I know that you have done this lawn in the correct horticultural way so I’m super impressed. For my lawn I had to wait for family to do it. I was happy to get it cut and snipped lol.😢😢 I am jealous of the work done to that lawn....and it is a lawn not just grass 😀😀😀😀👍

My old parents (82 and 79) garden has 1600 squaremeter. They didn't scarify the last 12 years. I am a bit afrait to do it. But now i know how to start. Thank you very much!

Hi Alex & Gary, wow so much information, thanks so much!! I copied the link to share it to my husband`s phone...would be great if you get Facebook messenger!! We have been doing so much to our yard after a sewer problem & plumbing guys tore up more that they should of ..Not Enough Experience on doing their end! Yes paid $14,000 & additional $400.00 for another guy to use a backhoe with a large tiller to get land back to flat, & we had to buy tons of grass seeds & lots of buddle of straw so the birds wouldn`t eat the grass seeds! Now that almost all the grass has grown there is a path from house to alley that grass has not grown...so maybe your idea would help this! Thanks again for all your help! Would love to see an update on this in a wee while. Ive just done mine here in Australia and I’m chuffed I did the same process as you. Now a solution that actually works for the pesky dog pee that keeps burning my grass 🫣

. I have similar electric scarifier. Not sure whether to scarify or just fertilize as lawn needs a bit of help. Thinking of putting summer feed on as this will green it up more than an autumn one or scarify the whole lawn. it is only about 30 sq. metres. Gary and yourself are a great team

We do this for Bermuda grass in California. However due to the high cost of rye grass and the water shortage many homeowners are skipping the Skyping and over seeding this year. Great video.
