Inhave been so looking forward to this video. Definitely yoga. Just normale yoga exercises. My sister in law is so flexible I truly envy her and wish I had sone yogay my whole life as I am now disabled and my body is stiff with rheumatoid arthritis. I absolutely love your art and spreads and as I grow more confident in my journaling (this is my second month) I will definitely be incorporating more of your spreads especially the mental health and mood/gratitude. Love the theme but very happy just to stick with my crochet which is another goalmof mine either to keep my WIPS in my journal or to have a separate journal. Love the theme especially as someone doing more embroidery these days. Tip for meals, on the weekend prepare or buy a main protein, like a rotisserie chicken, that you can add to meals throughout the week. If you get chicken you can do chicken salads, enchiladas, soups,etc.
