Don’t worry too much, if you’re scoring 19s, you should then focus on your essays. Although i can tell you that i’ve been always scoring really low as well, i was able to get to 25/45s which wasn’t so bad, just trust yourself, good luck tomorrow!

@Marco Learning, I just came back form taking the test and feel confident with a 4 all bec of your hardwork in helping students like me ace this exam. I was able to write all three of my essays with 40min remaining to check them! I do have to say though, the prompt for the argumentative essay was really vague and not explicit. Anyway, thank you so so much!!!

Is an intro paragraph necessary? I’m wondering if this is also true for the RA, especially for getting the sophistication point.

the essays are scored out of three categories -Thesis statement -Evidence and commentary -Sophistication in order to get the thesis statement point, you need a thesis statement and the thesis statement is (almost always) the last sentence in the introduction so yes, you need an introduction.
