First of all, those are public records. Anyone can request for a certified copy of a title or other supporting documents. Registration in LRA/RODs are merely notices to the world about the circumstances of a certain property. It is not the business of the office/agency as to where/how those certified copies or information are going to be used. If the person who requested those certified copies used the information to destroy someone else, then it is his/her fault alone. LRA is only minding his own business when they produced a list using the name search as requested by the client.

Yet diaz discontinued this method of providing documents on the grounds that he had "reservations about the vetting and potential use." but only after providing them in this one case for the prosecution. that in itself is very telling. vetting and rules are not inapplicable on the excuse that something is "sui generis". if that were the case, it would set dangerous precedents and even diaz admits to that except prior to it his own judgment was overruled by the pressure to accommodate political expediency.

Diaz continuously contradicts himself and basically applies only his moral judgement or lack of at this point. @12:16, if you look at his facial expression and body language, Diaz finally realizes that he cornered himself. Ignorance or playing coy at this level is inexcusable.

nope. its impartial, the act of the sen. judge is to clarify the vague claim and ensure that there is no violation of equal protection clause. (e.g. u were accused of owning 10 cars but u only owned 1 , then the J itself assert particularity over the claim)

Walang sala ang CJ, nag-desisyon na ang Sandiganbayan. Its all about personal interest lang talaga ng past administration (2010-2016). So tama lang na acquitted siya kina dating Senador Miriam Defensor-Santiago, Joker Arroyo at PBBM. Isa itong panalo ng Korte Suprema!

Mr. Marcos is misconstrued with the facts running along the good line of judgement apparent to Atty Eulalio Diaz III. Atty Diaz cannot be grilled with incriminating actuations just to convince him to side up on the losing end. It appears clear that Atty Eulalio Diaz III is sane & in his right mind & he's fully aware about his moral integrity hanging at stake along the trail of deliberations he had to face. It's somehow amazing to see Atty Diaz well intact in his composure throughout the blame-calling. In my opinion, he had something right to say in almost every point and thru that it plainly spells out that he executed his job in good faith.
