pizza dough (pizza dough recipe at preppykitchen.com)
tomatoes only from a 28 oz can of whole tomatoes
2 Tbsp chopped fresh basil
salt
1/2 lb fresh mozzarella cheese
Preheat oven to 500f with a baking steel or stone
In a bowl, add your whole tomatoes. Crush with your hands, add your basil and salt. Mix together, then set aside.
After your pizza dough has doubled in size, divide in half and roll into balls. Place into a greased bowl , cover and let rest for 25 more minutes.
Take one of your dough balls and using your fist, punch out the crust. Then stretch your dough until roughly a foot in circumference. Place on a lightly floured pizza peel. Add a couple spoonfuls of your sauce, some mozzarella slices and a few whole basil leaves. Using your pizza peel, slide your pizza onto your pre-heated pizza stone. Cook for about 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the dough is puffed and lightly browned.
Slice and enjoy!!!

Jesus Christ is the only way to be fulfilled. I'm writing this as I just had an encounter with Jesus the Almighty God. I was being tempted by demonic forces. I fell into temptation, and I ran away from the Lord. This hasn't been the first time. I have been on a on and off cycle which seemed to be an endless. But today, I feel called to share this testimony. I watched a video which really opened my eyes while I was still "hiding" from God. It touched my soul to the point that I fell on my knees right away, and begged for forgiveness and guidance. This was beyond anyother feeling I've felt while repenting. This one felt true. I had been like mad at God for being dumped by my this girl I was talking to. So this was a way to be tempted by evil demonic forces. I would get intrusive thoughts, and I kept trying to solve this feeling of being dumped on worldly things. And let me tell you, it only makes it worse. If you're someone who is not sure if you're saved, or if you are saved, but have been going through these on and off cycles such as porn, or secular music(which are other cycles I've been having a difficult time with) I want you to call upon the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. He is the way, the truth, and the life. If you don't know what to do, I want you to get on your knees, and pray this prayer with your heart: Jesus, I believe you died on the cross for my sins, and was ressurected on the third day. I believe you came to the Earth, to pay for our sins. Thank you for dieing on the cross for my sins, in Your Name, I pray, amen. I don't know who is reading this, but if you ever fill an empty whole, which cannot be fulfilled, the only way to fulfill is by Jesus. When you turn your back on Jesus, you seek everything other then him. All worldly things, will never fill that hole. God Bless Yall!

As an Italian, I approve! It looks delicious!! A little tip Italians use: drizzle some olive oil on top the pizza before putting it in the oven! Adds so much extra flavour! 🇮🇹 Edit: stop attacking each other and me in the replies 😭🖐🏽

I have been to Italy with school and in multiple cities they were hygienic. Now lets compare Italy with the country I live in and the country I’m from. I live in the Netherlands and did you know that 1/3 of the population doesn’t wash their hands after they visited the toilet? A boy I know said once to me that he washes his hands once a day and sometimes he doesn’t. Now my origins, I’m Moroccan and hygiene is very very important. While I’m cooking I wash my hands millions of times and I see this too in my environment and Morocco.

the thing is, the crust is puffy, but some people will misunderstand it as thick. you want it to be puffy but not be filled with bread other than that, great job, it was cooked in a normal oven so this was beautifully made. you should become a chef
