Her voice isn't as dissipated as people say it is, she's really only having trouble with her belts- and that's because of her nodules- everything else is still amazing.

Completely live, you can hear imperfections in the runs and sustains, she also changes the melody a little bit, and the emphasis on certain words here and there. Very cool!

I think it's almost entirely live. A lot of the phrasing is different. But mainly because you can hear her struggle at certain points. Ultimately she nails it, incredible performance.

chyea 110% live. those that are saying she sounded flat, what you are hearing are the fans trying to imitate. the ending is way different than the studio and other live performances. she never nailed the Jesus part like this performance.

Mariah obviously still has it as shown in this clip. Sure, there may be some rasp and signs of vocal strain, but all in all, Mariah can still perform and sing live very well. I just don't understand why she feels the need to lip sync so often lately. Her talent is still all there and it's a damn shame that she hides it behind the playback.

I think she couldn't hear herself. That's why she sounded off at times. But then again, it is still amazing to see her try and sing live. She still got it. She needs to rest for a long period tho.

that was live and why has she lost her confidence to sing at major events ? if she can still belt I dont get it really....ppl would prefer to hear an average vocal from her rather then lip the song...maybe a lil of this was play back but u can hear her breathing in the mic she sang most of it mariah mariah what is going on with u

IT's the nodes on her vocal chords.. They make her voice "sometimezy" She has no faith in it when she sings in major performances.. Severe performance anxiety greatly affects the vocal chords..

I honestly don't think Mariah's voice have it enough to sing this song anymore, at least sing it and do it justice. I hope I'm wrong, I really do, but by 2:04, it just sounds like this song has become one of those that are out of her reach now. I still love Mariah. Whether she can sing like she use to or not.

I'm not sure for the other parts but surely the last whistle "Higher jesus" is completely lipped. It is from the 2009 and 2010 live version. It is pre recorded. I am NOT a hater but... I want to tell the truth...
