I love her, but idk why she does these shows when it looks like she doesn’t even want to be there. Oh, and she needs a new makeup artist. She is such a gorgeous woman, and the heavy makeup and foundation ain’t it on Mariah.

I think 1 shoukd be a very different show. Maybe a life orchestra and low key production with focus on her voice. 2 gives the old mariah concern without the limitation age has put on her voice. I'd choose 1 but would 100% see 2 as she's still amazing.

Getting vocal chord surgery is very difficult Mariah is very aware of her voice if you watch her masterclass She has nodules And getting then removed can either result in vocal range loss or worse she could lose her voice like Julie Andrews which is scary Mariahs songs are also raised way too high key wise They were never sustainable for her to sing live long terms She has said in numerous interviews that she loved how her voice sounded on higher keys If you also study her voice it has been changing every couple of years since her debut Because of the nodules she is dealing with an unpredictable instrument

Her voice has aged and she sounds fine if you look at the other songs she performed She probably did this to rest her voice Literally most of Mariah Careys songs are hard to sing
