She is singing more live ok she has changed elements of most songs to suit her tone and voice but musically they sound great if your gonna hate go listen to someone else and just leave her alone lets face it none of us can sing like her on a good or bad day

@@b.k.471I am a diehard MC fan and I was there on Saturday, April 13th. I just miss the Mariah I knew growing up. She just changed after 2022. She’s not even trying to convince everyone that she’s singing live. I love her so much but it just breaks my heart seeing her like this.

@@b.k.471How do you know that?? There’s no solid evidence to prove it. All of you are saying that she lipped entire shows only by the fact that she is relaxed. There’s plenty of live adlibs throughout these shows that prove otherwise

From someone who has been following MC from the start of her career, my opinion is this - when she began facing vocal challenges and unpredictability with vocal range, all she needed to do was take the much-needed vocal rest, make the adjustments to her songs into the lower keys that would better suit her current voice, and be confident in the fact that she still is and always will be one of the most creative, gifted, and talented singers of all time. Remember, she is A SKILLED VOCALIST, A REAL SINGER - not an entertainer like some they refer to as "singers" today.

I know she doesnt owe us an explanation for the pre-recorded vocals. But damn Mariah, do an interview or something to explain whats happening to you vocally. I dont agree in this being expploitation. But its exhuatsing preparing for new live vocals, and having to say "atleast its newly pre recorded". This woman is a major inspiration to me, and as much as i want to be front row, im not paying over 1k to see her go through the motions.

i love her with all my being but she does owe us an explanation for a 100% prerecorded show. not even Britney could get away with this when she first tried to do it. why are the fans holding mariah to standards lower than someone like Britney, who's NOT known for vocal ability like mimi is. i don't like that it gets interpreted as hatred when lambs voice this opinion, we've stuck with her and defended her through the worst times when everyone was laughing at her, now it feels like she's laughing at us with this

@@Johnnyiswhere her voice is not gone clearly by all the new prerecorded tracks she's using, she recorded those recently. her voice is just considerably lower, probably resting on an alto's range. if she needs to rearrange and lower every song massively in order to deliver, then do that, it's the minimum a performer can do for their audience.

This is the thing (same with VOL) The two perfomances we've gotten this far are slightly different. Shes either live or has rehearsed the two different versions down to every mouth move. Also ive noticed whenever shes about to lip she looks down to her prompters. As if they indicated which version of the lip she has to do (long whistle, short note, this run, that run) But that would be way to damn much I honestly dont think shes got all that going on. Instead her mic is EQ'd different than ever before and she's shown agility just not stamina.

Why the lip sync? I accept it from Britney because she doesn’t have the chops and dances. Mariah however, vocal legend, but the lip syncing, ruins her legacy. Even if she can’t sound like she used to. Train and practice, make the effort. She has the ability. This feel lazy and exploitative to fans.
