N eely was a career criminal. Give this Marine a medal, he was looking out for other people. Neely should have been in jail or a mental institution. If you want to blame someone for his death, blame the officials that let Neely walk the street.

Well yes when Right Wingers froth from the Mouth and scream like Children it does make far more noise then Rational Normal people. I see mentions of the Gun Deaths in Chicago and other cities on the news just like this. Delusional. Maybe don't get caught committing a crime? You think Black Gangsters types are dumb enough to murder with a million cameras around? In fact probably ZERO cameras in the Ghetto. Probably Zero Police too.

If someone is throwing threats it’s enough to step in. Try to walk up in a street to a cop and tell him you gonna kill him.. Giving someone in such mental condition a place to stay it’s “taking care of him” it’s just a basic family responsibility which you shouldn’t bring up.

I feel so sorry for him, charged and handcuffed with hands behind back not in front which is more comfortable, police have a choice how to handcuff. What do you want to bet this young man never ever steps in to help anyone ever again whose life is under threat? Is it any wonder the criminals are as brazen as they are, they won't get arrested, persons trying to stop them will.

I dont feel sorry for him. Im a bit angry and sadden. Angry that he was there with 3 men in physical contact with Mr. Neely but he would not relent on the choke hold... there was no excuse to continue that move with others their supporting him. He was even warned by other passenger onlooker saying your going to kill him. I am also sadden at the lack of humanity people have. I am tired, I am hungry, I am thirsty, I am homeless then he paces up and down the car angry and desperate. then says I do not care if I go to jail, I ready to die and throws his coat down angrily. Desperation... Instead of offering to help him Mr. Penny snuck behind him and put him in choke hold that has been known to end the lives of many black men. What im about to show is exactly what played out here, its AMERICAN CULTURE of who deserves to be protected. kzfaq.info9IB3Qu_eZoQ - this is reality.

That’s how you kill somebody. 🤦🏻‍♂️ He was already on the ground and being RESTRAINED by 3-4 other people. So why, why exert so much force? Id like to ask him why he decided to choke him out instead of holding him down. That move can kill he was even warned on the car.
