Get those Dress Blues ready MARINES!! Happy Birthday! On November 10, 2023, U.S. Marines around the globe will celebrate 248 years of success on the battlefield, and reaffirm their commitment to our Corps' proud legacy of honor, courage and commitment. This year, the Commandant of the Marine Corps, Gen. Eric M. Smith and Sergeant Major of the Marine Corps Carlos A. Ruiz remind us all that Marines are professional warfighters who have earned their reputation of discipline and lethality in the crucible of combat. A Korean war area Marine used to call me every November 10th and say Happy Birthday, I served during the mid to late 80's. I miss getting to talk to him, the brotherhood was pure between us, it should be that with all of us. We know the sacrifice our brothers have made and ache for the loss of our brothers and wonder why we are here still, and others are gone. The Marine Corps creed lives on!

It’s be one thing if every unit could have their ball at the same time, but realistically it’s not happening. Some have to have theirs early, and they need a birthday message to give to them

Cool video. Very motivating. Our Son decided to follow our family tradition. Unfortunately, the hazing level that him and other 400+ Marines experience at SOI was almost unbearable. They deliberately injure him, along with almost 60% of Lima Company. Semper Fi Mac.

Lets just hope the ditch the diversity and inclusion crap and go back to the way things were. The few hard as nails Marines left get used up on the mission while they play politics in the rear. This aint the same military i once knew and they better get their sh*t in order otherwise my generation is going to have to step back in and do it for them.
