Watching all the footage coming out of the Ukraine conflict it’s just wild how much more intense the battlefield there is than it ever was in either Afghanistan or Iraq. Not taking anything away from our veterans at all, it’s just an observation. The scale and intensity of the fighting in Ukraine is something that the US armed forces hasnt had to contend with since probably Vietnam. It’s also crazy how the drone has completely changed modern warfare
