If hermoso comes in I really worry about Mings future with us , to comeback after a injury like that is hard but to come back to a team who is now in champs league and another step up from where Tyrone has played maybe a bridge too far

I really think we should go for Jorrel Hato before Ajax get back to their best and his price skyrockets... Would be able to cover Pau at left centre half and used as a defensive left back instead of Maatsen if one of (or both) Digne and Moreno leave.

Honestly a back line of Konsa on the right, a Healthy Mings in the middle and Hermoso on the left sounds so good. It has everything.

Hermoso and Bivol would instantly make our aerial defense so much better. If Mings comes back 100% then that is like a new signing too. Can't wait for pre season. UTV

Be it Mings or another (new)player but we 100% need a centre half who is good in the air. We can't carry on with how we were last season. Convinced Konsa will be playing RB/RCB but I just don't think Konsa & Pau really works. You need someone to dominate in the air. I wouldn't be surprised to see us play a proper 3 cb's set up either

I really think we'll see a 3-5-2 formation adopted more in games this season. Partly from personnel we've signed and others we're linked with

Hermoso could drop into lb when we're playing certain teams, which leaves konsa at his favoured cb. If he joins, we'll have some crazy depth at the back, and it'll be so difficult for our rivals in the league to predict how we're going to line up against them

brilliant signing wages are good around 100k which is good as he is a free transfer. can play both cb and lb like konsa on the other side and like you said he is a mix of Torres and Lenglet with more pace it’s a brilliant capture if we get him. We don’t know how Mings is going to be either so we do need to be ready in case very good business if this happens

He would bring some quality to us, the options Emery would have next season are gonna be mental. I just hope our defence is gonna be upto speed with what Emery wants from them start of the season. I honestly think we could challenge for the title next season lol

With the wages freed up from Langley and zaniolo plus possible wages of dendonker,chambers,digne and Carlos we should be in a great place financially hope for hermoso and a right sided CB we should be really solid

I am all for Hermoso pal. Have been a fan for years. On a free its too good a chance to turn down. I can see a world where he comes and Digne and Moreno departs (moreno if he wants to) we need cover for Pau now we dont have Llonglet. And an older head at the back will be vital in the champions league. This guy is a 30m defender all day so it would be smart business for me.

If we bring in either Hermoso on a free transfer would be an excellent signing or my personal opinion would be to go after Jean Claire Tobido from Nice? At the moment I've been reading that West Ham are going after him due to him having a pretty low release clause of around 30 million euros? I think he would be a great signing and if we sold Carlos that would leave us 4 extremely good centre half's namely Torres, konsa, Mings and 1 of either Hermoso or Tobido?? That would be 4 excellent options in our defence. UTV

GET HERMOSO IN‼️ If Williams isn't an option... Have Hermoso joined by: Beier, Gruda, Goncalves, Kayode and Todibo if he's affordable after. I'd also like Philogene back. Outs to fund it: Cash, Mings, Donks, Carlos, Digne, Moreno, Hause, Chambers, Coutinho, Archer (and possibly Duran but I think then you'd want an En Nesyri in too). I'm playing FM here a bit but We're in the CL. Spurs look like a good window is upon them, Man Utd seem to have their act together and are doing bits, Newcastle have sold very well and will likely buy well too. Crystal Palace could challenge and Chelsea will simply be better.

These England players are overrated they obly got this far because they're on the easy side the draw . England goes home when they meet a top 10 team not a top 40 or 19 team.
