The last time Colton and I did this it was 2013! You guys asked for it and it's back at last! This video features custom tracks ranked 50-41.
This time, I wanted to focus on new designs so the only 'retros' allowed were tracks from games after MKWii. This keeps them for dominating the list and overshadowing new designs. It also allows the talented creators, who have imported entire games worth of amazing retro tracks, to still be recognized.
There is also more of an emphasis on how polished the custom tracks are and not just their creativity. All tracks in the video were made in 2017 or before.

Rodion 8 Retrostyle12 recently made a track with that name, which is obviously inspired from the other loop tracks in CTGP @Mayro Orange Loop is actually decent, all the rest is terrible. Also, don't forget Paradise Cliffs and The Hardest Track Harder Than Mushroom Peaks

Guys, it is 2017 because the description says the tracks were made in 2017 or before, or they probably made this before 2018 but uploaded it in 2018. So stop saying “*2018”. Edit: Thanks Troy for the heart! :D

your logic is technically flawed, since the year that has passed was actually 2018. when the number 2018 appears on the calendar, its represents a year that has already passed and is therefore the completed 2018. last year was 2018 but yeah everyone calls it 2017 so both are correct to say

Max DragonSoul it's an oval bridge track that SpyKid made for Troy as a joke (it also appears in a Rate That Custom Track episode). As already said, it wasn't meant to be a serious track, so it's full of glitches

For Coral Cape, the final ramp is kinda messed up. If you go to the right of the ramp, you will find an invisible wall if you try going behind the ramp. This actually won me a race once as the person was trying to get behind the ramp to save himself from the red shell! Edit: 60% of the courses in this start with C... Woah

The series has returned! So excited to see this list, and I was shocked by the Wario's Lair remake. It looks so good compared to what it once was, so glad to see it again after all these years. With the track quality being this good in the 50-41 list, I'm excited to see what's to come in the future!

The blue shellter thing might work but only slightly because when you get blue shelled, you get shot up in the air, but when you are under the “shelter” it knocks you down so you lose air time.

I missed Colten. Hands down THE best Mario kart player in the world. He managed to pull of the 100cc bowser castle shortcut. Colten is a god. He single handedly carried the channel for years. He is a God.

My favorite track is petit park and N64 rainbow road. Petit park has out of bounds which is awsome but its not in the pack. But N64 Rainbow Road is like a super long staright away track. And thats why I like them both. P.S I got custom tracks in 2017 so I couldn't play petit Park.

Nummer 41 Wario’s lair isn’t even in CTGP anymore, it got replaced by The Rabbit Hole, the track inspired by Alice in Wonderland -_-

I love Castle of Time, feelsbad that it's someone low on the list, but at least it made it. I hope to see Final Grounds high up on the list. Same with Melting Magma Melee and Volcanic Valley. Castle of Time is my favorite custom track in the video, followed by Castle of Darkness. I really love MegaKart69's tracks; they're awesome. Do you know the status for this updated Wario's Lair for getting into CTGP?

the blue shellter doesnt skip the blue shell but you hit that low ceiling so i recommend going in there if you can, but if you have a mushroom mega or star that is better ;)

Knowing that Colton likes Zelda, has he heard of Zeldathon? It is a charity marathon event where they play the whole LoZ series. The Zeldathon for winter just ended unfortunately but there is always the summer event!
