That is soooo true! When people in the life praise you they have an agenda, except maybe one or two in your life, or so! When you praise yourself, there is No hidden agenda, no ulterior motive, no malicious scheme! 😍😍🥰🥰🤩🤩

I have been shining for years! Believing that I had a secret magic . Many of my friends have said to me, "You are the least salty person I know" , "You are the kindest person I know ", "Do you ever have a bad day? Because you are always happy. " I simply reply, I'm kind to myself and I am my own best friend. I feed my Shadow self a bounty of love, kindness and grace." I've been on this journey for quite a while. It's so wonderful to hear your echoes of a prescription of self love! Thank you for being a beautiful human!

I find when I praise myself and it becomes a part of me, I don’t even have to worry about letting in rejection. It just rolls off me like water rolling off a duck. My opinion is the one that matters the most. The interesting thing is this actually neutralizes the insulter, because not only did the harsh words not get a rise out me, but it turns the mirror upon the caster and their power is diffused.

What to do when people are trying to bully you at work? I’ve started a new job and some coworkers are trying to do this, the manager is aware but it’s not resolving?
@MarisaPeer3 жыл бұрын
Hi Sami, sorry to hear this. There should be a zero tolerance policy on bullying at all workplaces. If you feel your manager is not doing what they are suppose to be, raise this higher up. Follow the formal route. I hope things get better for you and sending you lots of love and support. Marisa Peer Team

@@MarisaPeer thanks. She is a good manager from what I’ve seen so far, I will speak to her again and be firm in regards to getting this sorted out. I hope it is resolved as I’ve been through this in a previous job and it was very emotionally draining and stressful. So many insecure people in the workplace these days, and they think it’s ok to take it out on others. Thanks for replying back x love all your videos and talks by the way x

What a strange comment someone left about your clothing, some people need to learn to SHUT UP if they have nothing nice to say. I had someone recently comment on my hair: wtf happened to your hair. I read that and laughed. I decided not to delete it, not to comment on it, not do anything about it but let him just sit in his dumb comment by himself. I love my hair, it's awesome, it suits me, I get tons of compliments so that 1 person can fall down a garbage chute for all I care

Leeching parasites do that to people, especially as a child they break the spirit of those who are intimidating to them, even though it's actually a down-to-earth child! 😭😭 Edited!@2:16-2:23 critical people are miserable, sad, angry people they have the Most criticism within themselves. They express outwards aka they are the most displeased with themselves, hate themselves the Most, and feel the Most inadequate! 👀🧐 Thank uou for adding that truthful fact! ❤❤

I'm confused. I feel like I have so many flaws and mistakes that ruined my life. I feel like I lost (he left me) my love of my life because of my imperfections, past traumas, lack of confidence, self sabotage etc, that has ruined things despite I know I tried so hard in my heart to do right and still can't move on and love him and miss him. But on the the flipside once afterwards someone pointed out that it seems like he has narcissistic tendencies and when I researched about it it seems also to be true and cant get it out of my head yet I still question if alot could have been resorted to miscommunication or not understanding where he was coming from? Feeling broken and confused about myself as even up until the point I went through So much and after that it felt like the last flick and like I lost everything. I feel like I can't completely validate and self sooth if I see I've failed myself so many times, and try to see from both sides of the coin, and experienced loss after loss, failure after failure, degrading after degrading.. I'm kinda still isolating from people and things as I feel too sore to try again and dont feel ready to trust. I hope we all find our happiness and self worth cuz we need it . Also understanding and being understood.

Yes self-esteem is about the self, but where did she get it from? She wasn't born with self-consciousness and hiding away! Babies ❤ themselves and take up space! They do Not hate themselves! People have done that to her aka people form your self-esteem via childhood.
