Россия, кого любит, тому и восстанавливает мирную жизнь, ибо видит в людях часть своего народа, людей равных себе. Поэтому после второй мировой войны СССР, который сам был разрушен, начал в первую очередь восстанавливать и отстраивать не свои города, а города стран, которые освобождала Красная армия. Прошёл со стройками и восстановительными работами до самого Берлина. Всем странам восточной и части центральной Европы отстроил и восстановил всё и дал даже больше, а потом отпустил их с миром, уйдя домой в Россию. Поверил тогда СССР, что люди хотят мира и дружбы, но прошло 79 лет и оказалось, что единственные, кто хотел мира и дружбы были наивные русские. Вот теперь опять приходится армии России освобождать свои города от нацистов и западных натовских захватчиков и вновь восстанавливать города.

I also saw Patrick Lancaster's coverages in Mariupol, it was horrific and devastating, and I was very saddened and very affected emotionally, so you can imagine how it was for the residents that lived it 😢. This young man is courageous and strong, I greatly admire and appreciate him for he is greatly attributing to the healing of the people of Mariupol, and has great hopes for a bright and peaceful future. Yeah destroying the entire city and all its historical buildings, killing thousands of its people and making 90% flee. Just before the invasion the city was beautiful and Blooming and sprawling. I think 300k citizens and growing. Huge industry. Many jobs. A big festival for the youth that just started. Now its all history and replaced with that mess

It is great to see the cities rebuilt very fast and so nicely. Hopefully, peace will prevail soon everywhere. I'm American and I understand the conflict better than many here, as we were in Crimea in 1995 cleaning up WWII munitions when the military takeover happened, that no one seems to talk about in the news today. I hope people get settled in quickly, that the infrastructure is connected, works well, and will look forward to the day that the conflict will be in the past. It is great to see the schools updated for the children, the businesses opening up, and the new medical center. That's a massive, impressive amount of work that was done, and in such a short period of time! It looks beautiful! I hope to visit St. Petersburg, Moscow, Mariopol, and several other places in Russia. I like the architecture and the history there. I hope the renovations will continue, and that your city becomes better than you could've ever imagined. You've been through so much. I hope those in my government who breed hate leave. Our governments should get along. Most people I know don't believe the lies and garbage in our media, but a few do. I turned off cable TV here about 19 years ago, and I've never had any desire to allow it back in my home. Legacy media here in the US, and I imagine in most of the world, is a propaganda outlet for a few "Elites" in power who seem to be mentally ill, and cannot ever be satisfied with anything but total power over everyone on earth. Those people are pretty sick, and sadly, the money they acquire isn't enough for them, and they use it to start new wars. Anyhow, hopefully they'll be out of office here in the US next January 20th, when our president takes office, from the November election. You live in a beautiful city, and I hope it continues to get better and better. I'm sorry you had to go through the war, but it looks like things are getting better and better there. ❤ from California. 🇺🇸 ❤ 🇷🇺

I moved from California to Lithuania 17 years ago and have followed the war very closely. Nice to see your comments. As an engineer this rebuild is extremely commendable for architecture, speed and ingenuity to see before and after in just 2 years. I feel so sorry though for the villages where pensioners have lost everything. I know the people fled but when the war is over, will they come back and to what, having lost almost everything.

When I saw the videos of brand new buildings being constructed in Mariupol within 4 months after Russia took the city, I knew that The Ukraine stood zero chance in re-taking any significant areas. The confidence that Russia had in immediately doing major construction when 90 km away a war raged let me know all that I needed to about who would triumph in the conflict.

Here is the difference between pro-Russian rebels (since 2014) and Russian Army (since 2022) - v - UA Army: when Strelkov or Surovikin realized that they cannot hold Slavyansk city and Kherson city, they just left/retreated. They did not use civilians and their houses as a shield. Contrary to UA army.

The town market bombing of innocent Ukraine civilians was a false flag, there was a high def camera recording the square and the missile came in from Ukraine held territory, they were caught killing dozens in order to blame Russia. Of course their will be some unfortunate casualties of war but Russia does not target civilian structure otherwise they would be doing it all over but they don't, only in western media propaganda.

I was in Mariupol about 12 years ago riding to the rural area through downtown, i felt i was located in a poorly developed village. Then war happened, my relatives were in the center of the conflict and escaped their homes, they tried to go to Russia but AZOV held them hostage for 1 week so they can use them as live targets. Luckily, they escaped and after a while some of them came back to the city and everything is thriving. They have better jobs, came back to their homes and do not fear for their lives.

If you Google Mariupol today Google and Wikipedia identify it as "city in Ukraine". However if you Google Sevastopol that comes up just as "city" or "city in Crimea". So maybe in 10 years Mariupol will graduate to "city" and in 20 years might even be "city in Russia".

Love the title. I've been watching your videos for a while and this was the first thing I thought when watching your first videos. Mariupol literally burned to the ground but with Russia it will arise better than ever just like the phoenix ❤ It is just sad it had to come to this and I feel for those that lost loved ones, belongings and irreplaceable items.
