Nasal rinse or nasal irrigation is a great solution for children who have a lot of nasal congestion. It will really clean it out. Don't use in children under the age of 4. Repeat multiple times a day as needed.

Dude. It’s one thing for Mark Cuban, a billionaire to do this. For a community pharmacist (whom I don’t doubt has done well for himself, as he should! 😊 - but, is statistically speaking, probably not a billionaire) to do this is next level. Absolutely blown away by your empathy & forward thinking attitude. :)

PBMs are a joke. It's sad that with insurance they force you to bill a patient a higher amount than the cash price.

Yes. They’ve made it where people have to have large deductibles in order to afford the premiums.

After both insurance and a $100 discount, a 30 day prescription still cost $200 (the drug original price was $1000), so naturally I couldn't afford it and had to switch to a different drug. Some medications cost less than $15, some cost $30, $50, ect. So yes, unfortunately insurance doesn't usually help much.
