I saw my next door neighbour he was doing that while the tyre was still connected to the wheel and he was at least 70 years old and doing it by hand and I once saw a woman that was built like Hercules doing the same thing outside a petrol station and she was painting them white and selling them lol

It's a large container. Do what you want with it! Bury it and line it and make a small pond and fountain, use a ton of these to make a pyramid for kids to climb with a slide connected, fill it with plants, make a rock garden, anything

I have never saw anyone do that but I have seen the finished product with both sides in ittact so it's definitely possible.
