Can we just agree the the Córdoba concert is perhaps the best live recording of Mark? I think we can.

Robert I Agree, some form of petition should be started to get it released on Blu ray. On meagre enough wages down the years I'm ashamed I only seem him 4 times while I seen the Stones 30 or more, I watch at least 2 hrs of Mark most days. This Cordoba show is 💎🌟👌👍☘️

That 2010 concert in Cordoba ranks along the best performances of Knopfler. I went to the 2010 Cologne concert, it was good but not as excellent as this. They must have had some pretty good bottles of Syrah the night before going on stage, or maybe it's the balmy climate...

Los conciertos de la gira de 2010 se pusieron a la venta en la página oficial en formato audio mp3. Lo que escuchas es ese audio original, aunque con las limitaciones de KZfaq, en cuanto a calidad se refiere, claro está.

Jim Denny gave me the Sultans of Swing album back when I was 23 in Park Lane. I would say both he and Phillip would be horrified about happened to me in Dublin.

I was in Dire Straits for sure, no Peace to be found there. I encouraged Peace, I searched for it in return. I got no Joy, just a mauling by that Eagle. But But But.....that was no Eagle, it was just an Eagle in disguise for an Eagle is Majestic, it swoops and glides and there is Beauty in that. The Bird in Dublin Represents a bunch of Rotten Crows devouring flesh, just waiting in the wings for someone to drop down and DIE.

As for Valerie, no friend either. I was a Slave for you, would catch a grenade for you but you let me down. You knew what was going on, you went over to their side. You passed me on the street, you bad-mouthed me to Cooper, you didn't use Reason with anything. Your working method was a chaotic mess. You would go home around 12oc to see your young children and come back around 4oc, and start churning out loads of illegible

...Corporate Director, everything became super-urgent and had to be done asap, but you just made things worse...because you knew you had a workhorse, Black Beauty, and you half-killed her. She was nearly dead. You made me late for Riverdance at The Point in Dublin, but yet you had time to go home and get ready, because you didn't finish what you started. You just left me to it. You treated the workhorse very shodidily, yes you DID, when she was in recovery, and also when she went back to work. You're just another CrOW. Now Valerie, you are Bent! Don't be sheepish. You can take a hike to Hove, but don't you dare count me as your friend
