Lets give it up for Jimmy's stupidity. Took his phone despite being told not to, took the murder weapon home as a souvenir, destroyed his phone in front of his girlfriend immediately after being contacted by the police, had her throw his overalls out the window and then confessed to her when she asked. In theory yes, but it helps to show the public the difference REAL emotion and FAKED emotion. Grieving isn't something a few wipes of the noses takes care of. Her Mom and Sister look they taking gut punches because that's how death and grief feels. Its painful , raw, real and visceral. From the bottom of their souls they loved and miss that woman. And her terrifying last moments of life haunt their waking moments. They feel like shells of women right now doing thru this again. They are desperate for relief. Thats grief.
@IrishMist640
@IrishMist640 4 жыл бұрын
Amanda Williams I think humans know the difference between real and fake emotion instinctively. We don’t need to exploit the gut wrenching grief of a victim’s family to learn the difference. I think the defendant is doing himself no service with his bad acting and absurd displays of distress. No one will be fooled.

He's so void of any real grief for Teresa he can't even get a fake tear out, cheeks drier than the Sahara. He has to loudly blow his nose to let the jury know "he's crying". And there's nothing he could logically be writing down that long, except if he's literally writing down the court transcripts. It's so annoying and obnoxious the Constant writing and looking down at the notepad, he's incapable of just sitting still like a normal person.

This is so chilling, hearing someone talk so calmly about how they planned to kill their friends wife, saying they had different ideas how they would have ‘liked’ it to happen. It makes me sick that he was able to cut a deal and get 25 years, I understand why he got that offer but it makes my blood boil. That’s poor woman and her family.
@ashbash635
@ashbash635 2 жыл бұрын
Yeah it’s sickening but if he didn’t testify Mark may never have gotten prosecuted and might have got away with it. Yeah there was other evidence but Wright spilling his guts gives the jury the nitty gritty detail of the man currently crying crocodiles tears, on his plan to use his friend to kill his wife. The three of them are disgusting and I hope they all rot.

There are physical changes you can’t control when you cry the way Mark Sievers is pretending to cry. The eyes get bloodshot, nose gets red & most people get blotchy on the neck & face. The eyelashes become more pronounced because they are wet. Jurors aren’t stupid. The man is doing himself no favors. Writes through the fake tears , though.

That is exactly what iv been checking out. The lack of reding of the nose, the only sound from blowing his nose is air. The mic was picking up some of those sounds. The voluntary movement as to appear to be in an involuntary hard cry. Not a very good job. Anyone can at least work up a few true tears and a little snot. Maybe a sniffle or two. Why bother, it just made it appear much worse.😨

If Sievers was innocent, he would have been staring hard at Wright from the moment he sat in that chair. Since he’s guilty, he keeps his head down, writing like mad, and can’t meet his “best friend’s” eyes. And the crocodile tears were a horrible idea....he really thinks the jury’s dumb. Another horrible miscalculation of his own level of intelligence.

Those hammers in the garage and the kitchen didn't just happened to be there! Those hammers were strategically placed by the victim's husband, just in case the hired killers forgot their weapons. Upvoted, but paper and pencil helps insure a fair trial. If she was used to living around exposed hammers, she was naive like many Americans I've known. I've always made sure potential weapons are hard for burglars to grab, or even a momentarily angry loved one for that matter. I certainly oppose those stylish wooden knife holders (bacteria hazard anyway).
