I failed a lot in this vlog so you get to see alot of the downsides of markets, including bad weather, tragic choice in market location, broken and damaged goods and set up etc. I got a bit of everything but we move forward and try to think positively!
I also have had a lot of health issues these past few months so my productivity has been waaaay down. As of posting this video finally, I am now myself again, crocheting, drawing and editing videos again. (I've been feeling really rough guys, not gunna lie, it's been a painful minute since I have been on youtube). I hope you enjoy all the crochet, prep set up, painting and creating you get to see here and how I tackle the problems I face as someone who regularly attends market events!

Hello from the USA! I also crochet and vlog, but I mostly make plushies. Your dolls are so cool! My husband and I are moving to New Zealand in August or September this year, so it's always exciting for me to find people who live there. What area are you from if you don't mind me asking?

Taranaki region. You will know it if you ever see it. There is one tall dormant volcano in the centre, it's absolutely breathtaking for new traveller's 😍. Ooo and September is a lovely, dewy time for us as It's the beginning of spring. Yes I am starting to get into plushies now. It has been hard finding the yarn for them but I finally have a source 😁

Would you be willing to do a price breakdown for the markets? How much did you pay to sell there, and how much profit did you make? I am also a crochet artist who likes to do markets, so this video was very helpful to me.

Im so glad it helped you out! I find watching different market videos is super helpful and soothing to watch myself. As for the price breakdown. I might do that in a tips and tricks video perhaps? That way I can keep all the insightful info together. Thanks for the suggestion!
