Hey, you inspired me. I’m a single mom lost my job due to the pandemic. I’m trying to do the instructor course, just finish the CPR class I paid a $100. I’m not in the medical field. Hey, Michelle! Sorry I’m not sure what IT is… If you’re wanting to become a CPR instructor, check out CPR, AED, and Safety Education in Silver Spring, MD. That’s where I initially got certified as an instructor. They teach various classes there

I heard you have to pay the American Red Cross a fee In 2022 it’s $35. Is that true? And that is per a person

I’m not sure how much it is with the Red Cross… If it’s $35 that may be what someone is charging for their individual class

I am doing exactly what you did, but with alot less results. I even had a webdite. I'm not giving up, but maybe its harder to get started in Oklahoma.

@@MedicalAssistingwithMsK yes. I have the most success with daycare. I haven't focused on medical offices yet. That's my next campaign.

@@MrApex04 Gotcha… I hope that goes well. And make sure you are posting on your social media so people know what you do. Even when you’re not promoting your services, share articles from American Heart Association, anything related to the heart, how to spot a stroke, assist with a seizure, etc. So people can start thinking of you as the CPR and first aid expert. Also fun facts. You will come to mind when they need certification themselves or know someone else searching for a CPR instructor.

How were you paid for your CPR classes? Was it through AHA or was it from your clients directly?

I'm paid directly and then I order my cards from my training center, which gets them from AHA.

Hi, Veronica! I'm glad it was helpful. So for my proposal, I literally just Googled a sample proposal and reworded it as I'm not good with that kind of stuff lol... You can do the same. Just look up "sample CPR class proposal" and reword it to make it your own.
