You mentioned cold calls. Do you have any tips on cold calls?

We don't generally recommend cold calling, because it tends to be less effective than digital marketing. However, one way to combine both processes could be to set up a lead generation form on your website and allow users to submit their phone numbers and opt-in to calls from your business. This way you'd be saving a lot of time AND getting in touch with the people who are more likely to do business with you.
