I'm just starting my cottage food business and I'm trying to figure out my food pricing. I'm selling pastries( cakes, pies, cookies). when pricing my product for the recipe do you add the cost you spent in the store or how much of the produce you use for the recipe?

doesn't rent fall under a fixed cost so it doesn't get added to the individual cost of the product? kinda confusing..
