In this video, Ferry Saputra from Chung Yuan Christain University will introduce how to do markless cardiac physiology measurement in Daphnia magna by DeepLabCut (DLC) method. This DLC-based method can contribute greatly to scientists conducting fast and accurate cardiotoxicity measurements when using Daphnia as a model.
