Thank you so much for these videos! Even though I really love your 350z videos, the list videos keep me up to date on car prices for when I can get my first car when I move back to the states! I’m currently stationed in Japan with my family but we can’t have more than two cars, luckily one of the ones we do have is a hatchback, the Suzuki swift sport, zc31s-just an amazing car with a stick shift that I know how to drive. I currently own a 2004 V70 2.5T… absolutely love that 4700 lbs. wagon! The other hatch I’ve driven was a 1992 Civic VX Hatch swapped with a B18C3. Fun lil car with hella torque steer at 55 mph.

Hello a Volvo guy here, the v70R is anything, but a dirt cheap hatchback, literally neither of these adjectives can be applied to them. They're increasing in price and They're the length of a Tahoe (I have a XC70 i know). If you want to recommend a Volvo hatch than the C30 T5 is essentially a luxuryish and dertuned Focus RS. Once mudded you have a more "luxurious" Focus RS.

I agree, I bought a 05 V70R for dirt cheap. Under my first year of owner I spent over 5k in getting the car to be decent to drive. If you are going to buy a V70R make sure proper maintenance has been done to it. But you’ll be paying a lot for a well maintained one. I love the car, but if you’re not financially comfortable yet, I would pass and find something’s else.

If you want a Mazdaspeed 3 but can't afford one the non speeds are still super good. I have a GT which has the 2.3l which makes 160 but it is a beast in the mountains. And that's stock.

if you are a eurpean i'd recommend getting a bmw f20 or f21 they don't have that much power if you get a 114-118 but you can easily stage 1 tune them to 220hp they are rwd and extremely fun to drive

Just grabbed a 2011 vw gti for $6800 with 98K miles 3 days ago off facebook marketplace. Paint, interior, and all mechanics are in perfect condition it was an absolute steal.

@@allan8524 yeah its my first manual car drives like a dream. Only thing triggering me is the fact that it only has one v12 charging port in the most annoying spot ever cables always on the shifter wish they would have put it in the center console.

I have a 08 Mazda 3 Sport not the speed unfortunately, but I’d like to engine swap a speed engine into it though.But for a first car , it’s reliable , and fun as hell it, its 0-60 is non existent but it’s 40-70 digs are pretty decent considering the car was made for touring , regardless its reliable and fun as hell, ( ps. they’re light asf so with some tunning you could really make it a decent sleeper )

Elantra GT. Yeah I know im gonna get shit for mentioning it but honestly its not too bad. If you can only get a base model hatch id take it over a golf or focus all day. It's a lot of fun if you can get the right deal.

Maybe you should have been packed the volvo c30 into your video. It has up to 220 hp i4 I think, fwd, accelerate 0-60 in 6.6 sec and looks pretty nice in my opinion.

put the looks aside, the PT cruiser GT is basically a better dodge neon SRT-4 for half the price, they can be found under 5k all day, quite the sleeper.

You got it wrong on the Mini Cooper S. You should 3 different models of the cooper S. The 1.6L i4 SC (1st gen) makes 170hp. The 210hp variant is the “Mini copper S R53 JCW.” Also the one you showed in face not marketplace is the Mini Cooper S R56 (2nd gen). That one is an 1.6L i4 Turbo and it makes around the same hp as the 1st gen. The 2nd gen is less reliable
