You should have use beef or seafood as a meat base instead of hotdog or sausages 🙃 it would give it a more rich flavor then simple spices

they're not opening a restaurants and making money over this. they're just telling us a way to make it to enjoy with your family. you can just google how to make Mala Xiang Guo Paste and use their way. no need to call this cheating. if you can't appreciate their work, just don't let the others know about your ignorance.
