Marmot PreCip - Rain Test
I go for a short hike in the rain near Middle Cove Beach to test my Marmot PreCip rain jacket and pants. After the hike, I give a brief description of the features of the jacket and pants with help from "Minifin". Enjoy! .......Take care, Bluefin.

Thanks very much Bruce. I am quite happy with this rainwear. I had a little trouble with the audio on this one. I think a water drop got stuck in the very small microphone of my Kodak Playsport I used for some shots. I also used a GoPro camera in the full waterproof case......Take care, Bluefin.

Beautiful scenery, great jacket. I had a Marmot shell about 15 years ago, loved that jacket, but eventually wore out the zipper (after years of use). Quality gear.

Nice reviews of the coat and pants. Glad to know the pants come in a wide variety of colors as long as you like black! I fish in a pond where any color plastic worm works, as long as it is green!!!!

Thanks Chris, in case you missed it, the pants are available in black, black and black stripes and black and black plaid 😉 At least your fish aren't picky.....Liking all colours as long as they are green. I'm really hoping to get out in the canoe for a few flicks for a trout soon. It has been very windy these last two weeks......Take care, Mike

Nice review and test. I strongly considered that jacket. The balance of cost and breathability with those pit zips make it really appealing. Lol at the "you can get the pants in any color as long as it's black". Nice test!

Thanks for pointing that out. Nobody else noticed. I didn't even notice it. I can't believe this mistake slipped through this long. I don't think I can fix that now by adding a notation or anything to the video. This is my most viewed video. I appreciate the correction......Take care, Bluefin.

I missed that when I originally posted. One other viewer pointed out the mistake. It should read 11.1 ounces. Thanks for noticing that mistake and pointing it out.
