I haven't had a musical crush that powerful ever in my life. All these beautiful people and beautiful voices and beautiful musicians, I don't think anything can overcome how powerful this is! Anyone else has been listening to this everyday since it came out or am I the only one getting crazy? 🤔

I don't know why, but having the little baby there really does make everything a little bit more special. It elevates the performance from being exactly that, just a performance or a job, to simply a way of life, a part of living. Nothing else captures the feeling of community like a group of people singing in harmony about a story as old as time, in melodies that belong to them. The joy of just existing together in nature is incomparable. This feels like village storytelling, where all the village elders gather everyone else to sing the stories of the village, and make sure that the legacy is passed. Rooting for MARO in ESC 2022!!!

Music was always a "special pill" for me, but this time something has changed, I can't listen to it now... Yesterday before turning off computer I was at youtube channel and noticed new song saudade...I listen to it and realized that I feel saudade, saudade is in my bones and heart now... this song touched me, it is very special, your soft voice Maro, your beautiful friends around you, this incredible sunlight that embrace all of you help me to dream about future with such moment. A good two hours ago a friend of mine sent me the non-rehearsal version of this. We are from the Netherlands and don't speak / understand Portuguese (however we're both in love with the way it sounds). But I listened to it a couple times and it touched me deeply. We talked about what we thought made this song so good musically for a while, sending eachother multiple timestamps, after which he told me he cried when he first figured out the meaning of the word 'saudade'. The second he told me what it meant, the song was still playing and it brought tears to my eyes too. Just a very special song. Everything about it is right, the voicing, rhythm, vocals. Just a very big THANK YOU from the Netherlands!

I usually do not like to make long comments. I discovered this song obviously due to the fact that it will represent Portugal at Eurovision. The right choice, no words to explain the power of this song. Everyone can be transported in his own fantasy world. For me this song rekindled the strength of the the word "Saudade". I was born in Lisbon, very early as a little baby moved to Luxemburg. But what makes this version even more special for me, and makes me very emotional, is that it is filmed in Avinyó, and this remembers me "my best friend", my grandmother, because she was Spanish from Catalonia, and was born in Gironella, not far away from this place. Best of luck for you, Maro, at Eurovision. Toda a sorte do mundo, e muito obrigado por esta obra de arte !!!
