When relapsed drug addicts Christina and Steve said, "I do," it was only a matter of time before matrimonial chaos.

Most times we are willing to do anything in those tough situations if only it doesn't take changing ourselves, for we only see at other person's faults..... Thank you Lord for turning their situation around.. Help us to know our weaknesses so we don't point at others faults while ignoring ours

Praise the lord another proof that we cant get married before having Jesus in us the only way to have a good marriage is to have him in the middle of us for those who want to be married without him will have a broken marriage because without him we cant do nothing...

Jesus in the middle of our marriage ❤

I wish God had done this for me. My husband turned overnight into a self centred selfish angry mean man/father. Everyone prayed, and he STILL left last week. Said he didn’t want this life anymore. I started a new job on 0 sleep today. And hid at corners and cried because I was forced to put our baby into care and also because the one person I would’ve come home to share with, Avondale and our children to go live in luxury with his mummy, and let her lick his wounds. Honestly I know God does miracles, but He just won’t in my life & marriage. He seems to pick and choose whose marriage He saves and who he lets aider heart ache pain and shame.

Oh hunny. I feel your pain all too well. My ex husband walked out for another woman. I prayed for years for him to come back to me and our kids and it never happened (been 14 years since he left). But God did show me that my ex was a narcissistic sociopath and they do not and will not change because they are literally unable to admit they have any problems. They're perfect and can do no wrong. And they will never apologize. No matter how good we are to them, they will make everything our fault. I'd suggest researching narcissistic personality disorder and sociopathy and see if your husband fits the description. If he does, God did you a tremendous favor by him leaving. Blessings to you sweetheart.

She has been married twice before 😮💨😮💨 She’s in full blown ADULTERY. This is probably why she was having issues. BOTH of them need to repent. Why are churches continuing to advertise ADULTERY 🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️

He is not her covenant spouse. Divorce and remarriage is adultery, per Jesus.
@darcandelaria6 жыл бұрын
Eclectifying wow it's sad that you can't see God's mercy and grace. She wasn't a christian when she got married. God is a God of second chances and more! We aren't under the Law we are under grace.

If you divorce and marry ANOTHER PERSON it was said to be adultery.

So glad that the Church that i grew up with that hurt and destroyed so many families because of their self righteous understanding of this whole divorce and remarriage issue as if all other sin is ok except that not understanding that it’s mercy that the Lord desires and that the whole teaching on marriage was trying to help us understand a picture of what it takes to be free from the law , we have to die to it so it no longer has a voice to condemn us and begin to recognize that’s it’s a strangers voice Not Holy Spirit because He came not to condemn the world but to save us from sin / the law .. however the church finally came to nothing .. And so many from the church are Now seeing just how wrong and twisted that way of thinking and judging was and is.. just to know the letter does NOT MEAN YOU UNDERSTAND SCRIPTURE!! IF YOU DON’T HAVE LOVE YOU HAVE NOTHING. .

So my mum was brutally beaten by her husband and nearly died, but sure that's her 'covenant spouse' 🙄 Never mind having the chance to regain happiness by entering another super loving marriage and having kids, just get brutally murdered instead. Sounds like the all loving God I know 👍
@rebekahwilliams12984 жыл бұрын
moonlite09 To be fair though Matthew 5:32 suggests that in the case of adultery the innocent party has the right to remarry (which was also the case with my mother) so it isn’t like God tells us that someone can never remarry. Personally, I attend a denomination that only allows divorce and remarriage in certain circumstances (I agree that you shouldn’t be able to divorce etc just because you’re fed up in a marriage), it just doesn’t make sense to me why God would want a domestic abuse victim to remain single forever because of someone else’s faults, never to have children. Why would God want that? It’s essentially punishing the victim for the perpetrator’s actions.That would challenge God’s omnibenevolence. Also, there’s s good case to be made here surrounding cultural context of you do a lot of research on it.
