I have been separated from my spouse one year he said to me he doesn't love me anymore I try to fix it but he refused so I am not trying no more I am all in to save my marriage but if he is not I cant do it alone I know God knows he heart and mine and the love for my spouse but I know God doesn't want me to be sad about my fail marriage , I just want God help me be strong for it

I don't love you anymore is the symptom of something more than what they said. The question is, what cause them to feel that way? Why all of a sudden, a great marriage or relationship comes to a sudden stop. Why are these words used to justify how they feel? This is where conversation and healthy communication are the key to unpacking how this couple got here. It is not always a quick fix, but before you throw away your marriage, find out what is the cause of why you are both here.

What about if they say, "It's not fair for you to love me when I don't love you", "I hope someday I can love someone as much as you love me", "this is your marriage not ours". I told her that I'm don't care what happens I'm not signing anything; I don't care if I have to live alone we're still married.

What they’re saying is that they don’t love THEMSELVES any longer and are projecting that onto the spouse. And there is NOTHING you can do about it, because that issue is internal in them

Oh, i remember that time when i was at home with a toddler and a baby all day (and night) - my biggest longing was just to get an extra nap! But it was only a season in life.

I don’t think they’re blaming anyone in particular, just asking us to look inside ourselves and if you really want to save your marriage to all you can. I understand the frustration as my spouse also changed and betrayed our vows. But I am keeping my vows. And I know I’m not perfect.

i love this subject and the talk of infidelity because not only does it show what love should be and what's right to do but also shows you the other side if i may say but i always had a question does this mechanism also apply to dating relationships or strict marriage situations ik the channels name is marriage helper but i wish that they would make a topic about dating to merry since dr joe have tons of knowledge and i love this channels approach to relationships

You shouldn't. It won't end well. You shouldn't have to fight for it. If he left, leave him back. He doesn't love you enough if he left. Please don't fight for someone who doesn't love you.

Ask her why and don't accept the first answer. Sit down and make them look you in the eye. Either someone else, tired, something is wrong medically or insecure.

Think about it, why would you lie and say something that you don’t really feel or believe. Don’t play games. Have an honest conversation really communicate. Watch the videos on how to talk to your spouse. And don’t delay, many of us wish we hadn’t.

After our baby was born I've heard few times that "I don't matter anymore". Half hoke half serious tone. I definitely took note of that as there are more actions that proved that to be true. I am supper chatty person, to unhealthy amount. It took me some time but I am a quiet person at home and rarely speak when not talked to directly. Solo holidays are already being planed in my head.

At 5:00 they said to look through your spouse’s eyes and try to interpret a situation as they would see it. But what if your spouse is bats**t crazy? This is not a rhetorical or sarcastic question. My spouse has mental health issues and doesn’t see the need for treatment or therapy. I suspect borderline personality disorder. She’s triggered by the smallest of comments or the most innocuous situation. I’m so tired of being reasonable and understanding. What can I do, in this case?

@@ALone-xw5ve I have convinced her to seek counselling and to try new medication. Unfortunately, she’s the one who’s decided to leave the marriage. She says that I’m a wonderful man, but she made a mistake getting married in the first place.

@@filhodarosa7512 thank you for your reply, i think my relationship is already dead, because I can't support her financially anymore, she says she wants to go to a therapy but spends money on a plastic surgery, cuz she can't accept her body image, I don't have the money even for myself, for basic needs, and a week ago she said she doesn't love me anymore, I am so numb and hurt I don't know what to do

That is assuming that they were ever in love. That is not always true in every marriage. I was in the military, and she asked me to get married. I agreed because of the added income, not because I was in love or even my best friend. I thought that would come along with time. It did not, and I am sad for her and for me in the time lost not experiencing love. We are both lonely, and we are not intimate. We have been this way for more than ten years. I have a fear of intimacy and medical/mental issues that cause ED. I am a very boring individual and don't express my emotions. I feel that we have a contract so we stay married and lonely. Sad really.

I disagree, on washing dishes part. A woman does not derive attraction from a man doing dishes. If the man was beibg a man husting, educated, in shape and knows how to make a woman have mind blowing orgasms doesnt matter how tired she is she will still want him. A woman feeled heard is more important thab dishes being washed
