how was the snorkeling? lots of sea life? did you go scuba diving as well?

The weather was super windy when I was there (you maybe can hear it in the video!), so I only went snorkeling on the last day. I saw tons of awesome fish, but the visibility wasn't perfect due to the wind. I'm not a huge fan of scuba diving (I've tried DSDs four times but I usually have a lot of pressure in my sinuses that makes diving uncomfortable) so I didn't dive on this trip, but the vast majority of the folks at the resort were diving and seemed to be having an awesome time! It's cool to have your own in-house reef, right there!

Are you into scuba diving? There are so many awesome spots to dive in Egypt! My sister is an avid diver, and one of my favorite memories is organizing a trip for the two of us to dive together in Dahab.

I took a private car arranged by the hotel from Marsa Alam airport.
