That sounds fantastic man! Excellent bite, punch and compresson...and then she cleans up nice as well. Bravo!

Best Marshall sound ever!!! What I got to do on my Marshall JMP master lead 2203 to sound like yours....??
@groundzeroampworks7808 ай бұрын
There’s quite a few things I did to get it to sound this way. And I tweak each amp by ear so they are all a little different.

Congrates, this is really a cool sound, I am jealous ;) Do you offer such amps, where are you located may I ask.
@groundzeroampworks7808 ай бұрын
Sure, I offer mods to Marshalls. I can do the same mod to yours. I’m in California.

Sounds great. How did you get the switches into the unused jacks?
@groundzeroampworks7804 ай бұрын
You can use the metal nut from a cliff jack. Works great.

Sounds great! How does it differ from the 1987x tone?
@groundzeroampworks7805 ай бұрын
1987x is almost entirely clean sounding until you crank it and overdrive the power tubes. This amp gets these tones at low volumes.

@@groundzeroampworks780 Is this more preamp tube distortion then?
@groundzeroampworks7805 ай бұрын
@@mountainpeakcloud8442 yes that’s correct.

Sounds great!what additional mods?
@groundzeroampworks7809 ай бұрын
3 way Gain structure switch, clipping switch, 3 way “Signal Enhance” switch, depth on back. Plus numerous circuit tweaks inside to make it more dynamic.
