My 95 yr old Mama puts up 10 Pumpkins in the freezer for pies and pumpkin. Once you have real pumpkin no more can squash aka pumpkin for us. We have a 54 yr old Pecan tree so we put pecans in our bread.

I made the pumpkin cheesecake last Thanksgiving. I might have overcooked it a tad and I probably should have put parchment paper around the edges of the springform pan but it was delicious!

Will you marry me haha just for ur food Im a hack but I do try n make my7 own goodies Ill never for get the desaster on making pumpkin cheese cake one detail the baker forgot tom tell me is it was for 6 cheese cakes n I only had two pans. nI know it was a delicious recipe but a total fail ohy well life goes on! I am not a pastery chef.
