I didn't know aboy the existence of this ring moldes. I'm tired of my pastry sticking to tge bottom of tge traditional moulds. I just discovered this thing abd i will get some as soon as i have tte time. Ryabk you so much M.

If you test for doneness by running your finger through molten lemon curd you'll know it's ready if it raises blisters immediately.

That's French merange blowtorching won't cook it. The whites are still raw. It needs to go in oven
