I've been playing this deck a ton. It's really fun. The only thing I changed while playing it was novice engineer for astalor. Also by the way, keep on panning!

i did try something like this with a more low-curve build with thirsty drifter and it did ok but i did my legend climb with a disgusting 40 card pile that had no right to work, now im curious to see how many dragons i can fit in the 40 card version to play timewarp in raza priest. rip anduin 2017-2024, the final death knight that saw play in wild

People play old stuff in wild on expansion day because most regular players can only get a fraction of the cards on release day, but in wild they can keep playing competitive decks regardless of rotation.

pretty good idea, but you almost cant play vs shudder or resources decks, i like version with dirty rat, theotar, lone ranger and ben. also minus of new raza is cost 5 mana and do nothing, while anduin destroy threats, so you need to spend 10 mana (2 turns) or more to answer opponent minions

TLJ was good for killing off Snoke, because it was extremely clear the mystery box was them wanting to pull a 'snooooke is actually paaalpatiiine, and he's training kylo so he can taake his booody' that was basically Dark Empire. Instead it lined stuff up so the plot could be about 'yeah, you created your own monsters, and just because someone wants to tear down the system doesn't mean they're going to be good about it. An excellent continuation of the *spirit* of star wars being goofy shit interspersed with an array of commentary on contemporary political climates of the period (Vietnam, Bush Sr, and then the Alt Right).

I think Raza needs a nerf unless we want Priest to be THE meta forever. As has been said before, deathknight Anduin has hugely impacted the wild meta. The card is NOT too strong on its own. Only in combination with Raza the Unchained's free hero power does it become overbearing. There is nothing particularly interesting about blindly playing spells (without regard for their actual effect) just to trigger the hero power. Getting bursted from 30+ with spawn of shadows and some random spells is also not very interesting. Note that with other high burst combos, a specific set of spells/cards is required. For the existing priest combos you just need a few cheap spells or a recruiter. As mentioned earlier, it is entirely Raza that enables this interaction. I think a great change would be if Raza only made the *first* hero power use each turn cost 0. Either that or more ways to interfere with the opponent's hand, deck and hero power, please.

Sorry I made my first comment right before the Star Wars discussion, and I feel so compelled to make another: I hated the Snoke thing because there was already enough pre-lore to make him Darth Plaguis, and either intentionally or inadvertently say he was Anakin's "father." That's why he came off so dummy powerful but actually was bested very easily because that's what he did, good at intimidation. Perfect setup to make prequels to the prequels as well where we see Plaguis training Palpatine and accidentally messing with Midochlorians (I know peopel hate this but at least it's canon and not bad fan-fiction like TLJ) and making life "somewhere." Also would have made perfect sense for the return of Palpatine because that's why he's "Plaguis" unlike the Jedi who become force ghosts, the Sith can also come back but by possession. Would have been awesome for the Emperor to only be alive because his master found and was using his body. Lots of Parallel stories to be told about how Ben Solo sought him out after finding out he was like the Sith before the Sith revealed themselves and how he was actually the one who constructed the master plan. Could've really convinced Ben to stay evil by fueling him with the rage that "you'll never be Vader" despite training. I really thought at some point he was going to get his face messed up and literally have to be like Vader whether he liked it or not. Instead we got The Last Jedi which I honestly thought was one of the worst movies I had the displeasure of sitting through, Rise of Skywalker was "okay." It rushed to fix so many problems that could have not been problems had they just used the extended lore that already existed.
