Our next guest is Mixed Martial Artist, Martin Day. He is a kailua local boy, father, surfer and MMA fighter. He has a 4th degree black belt in ITF Taekwondo. He was a participant in the UFC contender series 6 and UFC fighter for 3 years. He runs the Martial Arts company in kailua as its current GM.
