9:40 this isn’t just a bucket, it’s a kiljutynnyri which is used to make homemade wine from water, sugar and yeast. It’s usually quite gross but if made correctly in such a bucket, and if filtered enough times can be made into a nice and adequate drink

@@derrek4991 Well it’s kind of exactly how I described it. Put too much water, the alcohol percentage will stay low, put too much sugar it becomes too sweet, put too much yeast and the drink will taste absolutely horrendous. Chemically, when the yeast and the sugar are put in the bucket of water and sealed with the odor lock, slowly, the bacteria in the yeast starts to eat the sugar, slowly producing alcohol. The airlock is put in because this reaction also produces gas which the odor lock lets escape through the top, meaning that the bucket won’t explode. The homemade wine works technically with any kind of sugarwater as long as there’s yeast in there. For example, many people do it with sugary juices or sodas like apple juice or Coca Cola. Also Mead can be made at home if sugar is replaced with honey. When the Kilju is ready, depending on how well it’s made, should be somewhere between 5-15% alcohol.

@@TheGreatThiccYeah, but I only feel bad for the younger men who didn't have much choice but to join the military in order to get better jobs after leaving, because they had plans to be much more than just boots. Lazerpig's video on the Moskva mentions one of the crew who is missing (read: KIA) who planned to become a train driver, but had to serve in the Russian military to be eligible, so he joined the navy, because it was the safest compared to being in the army. The fact that the war is still ongoing at the time of writing my comment is just.....it's not fair. .....Sorry for the rant.

I really like how detailed the engine simulation in this game is. Btw, the knocking when the camshaft and crankshaft aren't aligned is not because the exhaust gas gets into the intake valve and the fuel-air-mix in the exhaust valve but because the piston hits the valves. That's also the reason why the camshaft broke.

I’m glad this game is finally getting some recognition. It’s such a good game once you get into it. The first hours are like ark. Not fun, dying a lot, and just overall painful. But once you get the hang of it man is it fun

For those who don't know but want to, a distributor is a mechanical method of spark plug sequencing. Or to put it another way, it distributes power to the spark plugs one at a time as it spins around. Hence why it's called a distributor.

Correct. It works like the cam shaft, mechanically timing the spark plugs like how the cam shaft times the valves. One of the many steps he doesn't show is adjusting the distributor to time the spark plugs correctly.

This game is so underrated. Also, here’s some Finnish words of wisdom: 1. The word at 0:14 means “with its lack of systemization, right?” Which could be a nod to Finland’s incredibly convoluted language and compound word system. 2. “Peräjärvi” is pronounced “Peh-rAH-yAHr-vee.” The ä is pronounced like the a in “Jack” (with the AH sound).
