The thing about Artists like Merle or Johnny Cash is they came up from nothing their parents did their best to raise them they were just like you or me. Money did not change them look at Ernest Tubb as another example people have said that he would stay until every fan got an autograph did not matter about the next show. Does anyone do that today? So Merle Haggard, Johnny Cash , everyone who came before them appreciated their fans.

Sorry to be a wet blanket- but while Marty preaches about cd's he wrote for Jesus, in reality he craps all over musicians, side players of his. He treated me rudely, unprofessionally, when I auditioned for his little show in Casa Grande gig a few years ago. He's a bully, and no 'Jesus' follower-the way he treats folks. Shame on him...

That was a great show in Casa Grande. I was surprised to see Marty Haggard appearing at the Paramont Theater in Casa Grande . I was really impressed by Eugene Moles and the rest of the band. I thought I’m going to promote Marty in Ajo . I was told by Ajo Counsel Of Fine Arts it was not the right time of the year for the show. Marty said he could only perform in Ajo in October . I wanted him to play in Dec. To make a long story short. 82 people showed up at Dicus Auditorium to see Marty. The theater sits over 400...
