@@TheIndoGod yea you just don't know and that's fine, but literally since 2001 every singer uses auto for recording because it's very hard to be pitch perfect for 100 percent of the recording process. Even if it's very subtle it's an industry standard in every genre. It's not just t pain and Travis Scott. See if I'm lying if you want, I don't expect a reply.

Absolutly ! Phil remind me a bit of Warren Weibe, where the talent is just "out of this world", a magic voice, but who didn't received the Recognization he deserves. +martyprod2 Agreed. A couple of guys from the 90's like Kenny Lattimore were still putting out albums but they just did not get any radio airplay. It's sad. I'd really like to hear (off the record) what guys like Smokey think about today's artists. I'm sure they'd say good things in an interview but I can't believe they're not using a bunch of four letter words when they hear what they call R&B nowadays.

If you close your eyes......one can almost see Romeo kneeling beside Juliet singing this song. believing her to be dead. True the story of Romeo and Juliet is a tragedy about star crossed lovers...but! at it's heart it's a love story of the ages and Phil Perry's "Forever" is a love song of the ages and the the way he performs it here is pure magic....a classic love song.....raw......emotional...spirit filled and gut-wrenching.

it's Monday afternoon on a beautiful day in China. Bless my brother sitting in Sydney, Australia for taking me down memory lane. His choices in music have truly shaped me. As a little sister, I would watch him dance and just thought he was the coolest person in the world. Today and now as he posted this song on FB I couldn't but help stop and listen. Thank you to my big brother Raymond Gaillard (Sonny) for always choosing such beautiful music to celebrate his love for life.

Got to see Phil Perry live and up close and personal. His pacemaker gave out and everyone gasped! Was this apart of the show??? No!!! His nephew rush the stage and ge waved him off and told the band to continue and laid on the floor singing and then apologized later. standing ovation!!!!! Pure unadulterated talent!!!! Top 3 male singer of all time!!!
