My 10 year old son was happy to see all 9 models restored. Over the weekend we went to antique store and found matchbox snorkel fire engine 1979 truck. He did used your valuable instructions and insight to dissemble the model. Quite excited to restore someday.

Hi Marty, a Jib is the the bit that the hook fits to, also the Jib has one or two wheels where the main crane ropes go upto the main lifting crane arm, i was a crane driver at Toyota for 25 years hope this helps. Great video's, Mr Bourne.

For these mass builds, a vibratory tumbler with fine media would be ideal for cleaning and polishing your parts. A real time saver.

Marty, on a mobile truck crane, a jib is a pin on boom extension for extra reach, it is removable for transportation length limits, keep up the great work you're doing,
