Maruti Alto steering sound removal (Malayalam)

In this video, I will be solving a common issue which arises in Maruti cars, especially Alto and Old wagonR. This is a simple and easy fix, which will take from about 2 to 3 hours. It requires only minimal tools which every DIY guy will have.When this work is done by a mechanic, it will cost a minimum of Rs 2000.
Expenses on this work:
Steering Rack Bush Rs 100
Steering Rack Damper Kit Rs 270
Steering boot Rs 110 per piece
Miscellaneous Rs 100
Total : Rs 580

If the mechanic gives you guarentee on his work for atleast 15,000 kms, give it a try. But with my own experience never saw that nylon bush last longer than 10,000 kms. Pinnae if its something else like bend rack or something, lathe il work cheyyarund, but appol mechanics will recomment you to replace the whole assembly.
