I've an XL6 and it does look like it, I said this to my friends as well, when I had first seen this grill design of Invicto. Also, XL6 still remains the better VFM 6 seater out of these two, if what you're looking for is a just a family car, jumping to Invicto from XL6 (almost double the price), it doesn't seem worthy enough, instead, I'll pick a Sedan + XL6 anyday Over 1 Invicto. I was expecting it to be more spacious than XL6, but, at least, through this video, it doesn't look spacious, even the boot felt similar sized with all the seats up.

I think, Innova should not have been shared with the Maruti platform, this will impact the brand value of Toyota Innova which they have built in 15 years. I was thinking to get the Toyota Innova but now I am shying away coz its brand value is getting diluted in my perception. Intially when grand vitara launched in India ,I thought most buyers will buy toyota hyrder instead of suzuki especially higher variant .When i ask the sales person of the suzuki they said most of the car sold from this collab is sold from suzuki side and also most people are ready to pay 24lakh for alpha variant of suzuki i was wondered that why people buy this intead of toyota at that time ,salesperson said because toyota has higher waiting period compared to suzuki and also suzuki will produce more car than toyota hycross because of higher network of suzuki .

Also, as it's an OG toyota, quality level would be decent too which everyone would obviously expect at this price point. People, who were shying of hycross due to it's huge waiting period now have another alternative. All in all it's a win-win for all.
