Haan bhai aapka service experience best raha toh baaki sab log paagal hain... Gurgaon mein rehta hu mai, Tata has the worst service based on every Tata owner. At the same time the Tata owners will still go back to Tata only because some of them have had near-death experiences and would never trust anyone but Tata with their life which is absolutely understandable. There's even a youtuber named "Tatawaalepaaji" who himself tells how bad Tata service is.
